Our Kind of People.
The Team Behind Snowy Way.
Snowy Way isn’t owned by a corporation or built in a boardroom somewhere far from the mountains. It’s owned by locals. People who live here, work here, raise families here and choose this place every day.
We created Snowy Way because we saw a gap - not just for another beer, but for a brand that genuinely reflects life in the Snowy Mountains. Early mornings in the mountains. Long afternoons by the lake. Campfires. Stories. Hard work. Big winters. Blue summers.
This isn’t lifestyle marketing. It’s our lifestyle.
Snowy Way is shaped by the people behind it and the community around it.
DOM
◆ Head Brewer ◆
Dom leads the brewhouse with experience that runs deep. As partner, Head Brewer and a long-time collaborator and mentee of Chuck Hahn, the legend behind Hahn & Kosciuszko Pale Ale, he brings technical precision and decades of industry insight to every batch.
But more importantly, Dom brews with love.
He understands that Snowy Way isn’t about chasing trends - it’s about consistency, quality and creating something that feels right for this place. A beer you can drink after a day on the mountain. A beer that holds its own at the pub. A beer that feels like it belongs here.
Under his direction, every release reflects our environment — clean, balanced and made to be shared.
ALANDRA
◆ Head of Marketing ◆
Alandra is a partner and Head of Marketing, shaping the brand from the ground up.
With a resume in marketing across the Snowy Mountains, she has led the vision behind Snowy Way’s storytelling, partnerships and creative direction.
Working closely with local photographers, filmmakers, designers and creators, she ensures the brand feels lived-in - not manufactured.
From river shoots to community collaborations, every campaign is grounded in authenticity. The Snowy Way of Life isn’t a tagline - it’s the thread that runs through everything we do.
CAMERON MCKID
◆ The Banjo ◆
Snowy Way was built alongside The Banjo Paterson Inn - a Snowy Mountains institution.
Cam McKid, co-owner of The Banjo, is one of the founding partners behind Snowy Way. Backing local was important to him, and with deep roots in Jindabyne’s hospitality scene, The Banjo helped bring the brand to life.
The Banjo’s more than a venue. It’s where people meet, where stories get told, and where plenty of good days wind down.
That same spirit runs through Snowy Way - a beer built for big winters, familiar faces, and life in the mountains.
While some of our other partners are based in Sydney and on the Central Coast, every one of them has strong ties to the Snowy Mountains - through business, community, or a long-standing love of this place.
Snowy Way is built by people who care about where it comes from.
Way Better Days isn’t a campaign, it's how we operate.
Snowy Way exists because of this place - the locals who drink it, the venues that back it, and the crew who show up.
Right now, Way Better Days looks like:
Arvos on the lake.
Community giveaways.
Events that bring people together.
We show up - not just with beer, but with support. Backing local events, small operators and the people who keep the mountains moving. As we grow, that commitment grows too.
More reinvestment, more local partnerships and more support for what makes this region strong.
At its core, it’s simple: Giving good people good days.
Way Better Days aren’t just about beer - they’re about who you share it with.
